In dieser vielseitigen Funktion steuern und überwachen Sie die gesamte Supply Chain im Bereich Retouren Management. Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen, unterstützen technische Klärungen und verantworten die Bewirtschaftung von Ersatzteilen sowie den Einkauf von mechanischen Komponenten und Dienstleistungen. Arbeitsort ist unser neuer, moderner Standort in 2555 Brügg.
Aufgaben- Bearbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen und Produktions-Fehlermeldungen
- Prüfung, Bewertung und Ablage von 8D-Reports
- Betreuung und Koordination von Lieferanten im Rahmen von Retouren
- Wirtschaftlichkeitsbeurteilung von Reparaturen
- Erstellung, Erhebung und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen und Statistiken
- Mitarbeit bei technischen Problemlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Entwicklung und Lieferanten
- Unterstützende Berarbeitung von Fehlermeldungen im Servicebereich sowie Planung/Disposition von Serviceteilen
- Laufende Koordination mit PPS, Einkauf und Produktion
- Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams
- Technische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher und/oder technischer Weiterbildung
- Erfahrung in Einkauf, Produktionsplanung, Lieferanten- und/oder Retourenmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Maschinenbau oder Medizintechnik von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, souverändes Auftreten und integre Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung
- Vernetztes, bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
- Deutsch sehr gut, Englisch gut, Französisch sowie weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-System sowie MS-Office
