Support the development and ongoing maintenance of Sustainability Intelligence activities, including customer, pharma supply chain players and competitor profiling, trend monitoring, and ecosystem scanning with a clear sustainability focus
Develop and pilot a structure for monitoring regulatory developments related to sustainability (e.g. materials, packaging, supply chain, circular economy)
Support the further development and rollout of Ypsomed's Ecodesign Guideline, including assisting project teams in applying ecodesign principles to new and ongoing developments
Contribute to ongoing circularity initiatives, including research, preparation of materials, and support for internal / external stakeholder exchanges (non-operational, project-focused)
Provide ad-hoc support across Sustainability Innovation projects
Your profileAcademic background in Sustainability, Innovation, Business, or related fields
First experience or strong interest in the healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner
Interest or familiarity with sustainability-related regulatory topics is an advantage
Proactive, self-driven, and able to explore new topic areas independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions and integrating diverse perspectives
