About the job

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Junior Assistant to join the CBO office. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior EA to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in executive support within a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior EA in day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Act as a backup to the Senior EA during absences, ensuring continuity of support to the CBO office.

  • Assist with scheduling, prioritizing incoming requests, and managing email correspondence.

  • Manage and process expense reports and related documentation.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

  • Help manage team projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with the Senior EA and broader office team.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve office processes and support team efficiency.
