Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Zurich with flexibility for some remote work. The COO will oversee day-to-day operational activities, implement business strategies, and ensure seamless coordination across the organization's regional management firms. Responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, and supporting financial planning aligned with the company's growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Planning and developing growth strategies
  • Strong background in Operations Management and optimizing workflow processes
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess and improve business performance
  • Expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage and oversee financial operations
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the real estate or property management sector is a strong advantage
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
