Afin de compléter notre équipe du Room-Service, nous recherchons un(e) :

Chef de rang Room-Service H/F

Sous la responsabilité de notre Responsable du Room-Service, votre mission sera d'assurer un service professionnel et discret en appliquant les standards et procédures en vigueur.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Prendre en charge les commandes par téléphone
  • Appliquer et travailler l'Up-Selling
  • Préparer les commandes selon les standards en vigueur ou les demandes particulières
  • Assurer un service en chambre professionnel, personnalisé et de qualité
  • Connaître la carte des mets, des boissons et des offres spéciales
  • Mettre en place les accueils VIP en chambre
  • Effectuer la mise en place des salons de conférences, le dressage et le débarrassage
  • Veiller à la propreté des arrières et au maintien en bon fonctionnement des outils et matériels mis à disposition
  • Optimiser systématiquement le degré de satisfaction de notre clientèle
  • Appliquer les standards qualité de l'hôtel et

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école hôtelière / CFC spécialiste en hôtellerie-restauration / BTS Hôtellerie-restauration
  • Vous justifiez de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle sur une fonction similaire
    obligatoirement acquise dans un établissement de luxe.
  • Bilingue français/anglais, autre langue un atout
  • La connaissance d'Ikentoo est un plus

Doté(e) d'une excellente présentation et d'un très bon sens relationnel, votre esprit d'équipe, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme seront des qualités indispensables.

Autonomie, organisation, flexibilité et disponibilité seront des atouts majeurs pour ce poste.
