Responsibilities
Make an impact Für den Bereich Robotik suchen wir am Standort Buchs AG (ab April 2026 für den Standort Zofingen) eine mit guten technischen Kenntnissen. Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

• Priorisierung und Planung von Inbetriebnahmen, Reparaturen und Wartungen an allen Roboter-Generationen
• Einsatzplanung und Koordination unserer Techniker
• Kundenabklärungen, Anforderungsabklärungen
• Disposition von Ersatzteilen für vor Ort Einsätze
• Beratung der Kunden in lnstandhaltungsfragen und Retrofit
• Management von Reklamationen und Nachforderungen
• Stammdaten- und Historiepflege in den entsprechenden Programmen
• Unterstützung des Ordermanagements bei technischen Fragen und Ersatzteilbelangen

Application Requirements
What you need to succeed

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bevorzugt mit technischer Weiterbildung oder abgeschlossen Technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
• Technisches Verständnis
• Strukturierte, organisierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
• Selbstsicheres Auftreten
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Kundenorientierung
