Flink Robotics is the startup revolutionizing material handling, from stacking boxes to sorting parcels and unloading goods. We are leaders in one of the fastest growing markets in the world. Each day over 2 billion parcels, and growing fast, are delivered. Virtually all of them are handled manually multiple times. With our robot, logistics providers can automate these repetitive and strenuous tasks, cutting costs and increasing consistency. We need your help now to make that a reality across Europe and the world.

We are looking for a Growth associate intern to join our commercial team for an internship in the summer of 2026. Your mission will be to ensure Flink robots are deployed across logistics centres worldwide.

What you will do

  • Work independently to drive forward strategic Flink's go-to-market strategy

  • Interview customers and partners to identify key product development areas

  • Support the founding team in startup and go-to-market strategy

What we are looking for

  • A motivated and driven recent graduate or student (minimum 4th Semester of Bachelor's)

  • First experience in strategy consulting (or similar), logistics experience is a plus

  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form, German is a plus
