Marketing Associate
, you'll play a key role in scaling our marketing engine. You're a creative doer who loves bringing products and experiences to life - from social content to interactive health tools that help customers understand our offering.

You'll help expand our presence across organic channels, influencer collaborations, events, physical/local partnerships, and new lead-generation initiatives. You'll work closely with marketing, ops, agencies, and medical teams to deliver clear, engaging, medically responsible communication that builds trust and drives growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys creating, organizing, learning quickly, and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own content creation:
  From spotting trends and shaping ideas to producing, publishing, and evaluating performance across our organic channels.
• Write on-brand copy:
  Create clear, engaging copy in German and English for social content, marketing materials, campaigns, and selected website sections.
• Develop creative concepts:
  Ideate and execute fresh, modern content formats - from short-form videos to social series and interactive storytelling.
• Support events & partnerships:
  Plan and help execute events, local partner activations, and physical marketing materials that bring our brand into the real world.
• Create lead-gen initiatives:
  Contribute to quizzes, guides, walkthroughs, and other lead-generation tools from concept to execution, collaborating with design, product, and medical teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content or consumer marketing, with examples that show your ability to create engaging, on-brand work.
• Clear, engaging copywriting in both (Swiss-)German and English for social and marketing materials.
• You understand how people consume content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and enjoy staying close to what's trending.
• You manage timelines, briefs, calendars, and workflows with reliability and structure.
• You enjoy spotting new formats, experimenting with ideas, and bringing creative concepts to life.
• You're excited about the latest marketing tools and AI applications to amplify your impact.
• A genuine passion for healthcare and improving people's lives.

Preferred

• French language skills
• Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
• A good eye for design and an understanding of branding principles.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or early-stage product environment, ideally in healthtech or a related B2C field.
• You follow social media like others read the news: You recognise trends, know why certain ideas resonate, and can reshape them into high-performing, on-brand content.
