Senior Business Analyst – Finance & Tax Applications (Geneva)
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to support Finance and Tax application projects within a global environment. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, process design, solution evaluation, and project delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Lead process modelling (AS-IS / TO-BE) and support project planning and estimation.
  • Collaborate with global development teams to deliver SAP-related capabilities.
  • Define test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and support deployments.
  • Engage with stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and successful adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in SAP FICO / OTC / PTP / RTR.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integrations (IDocs, EDI, interfaces).
  • Solid Finance/Accounting background and SAP training/certification.
  • Experience in Finance/Tax transformation or regulatory/tax initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
