We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
with more than 7 years of experience.

The
Senior Business Analyst
reports to the Director, Digital Engagement Service (DES), delivering expertise in business process analysis, data interpretation and service management.

The
Senior Business Analyst
collaborates closely with subject-matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders across the organization, including colleagues in digital engagement, customer experience, program planning and technical teams to maximize organizational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives especially related to service management and digital innovation.

This includes:

• Formulate recommendations that support the Organization's business objectives, digital transformation and stakeholder engagement goals.
• Collaborate with design and communications specialists and stakeholders to analyse, design and optimize internal business processes, leveraging data analytics, industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive operational excellence.
• Collect, interpret and present business data to inform decision-making, including the development of dashboards, reports and performance metrics. Monitor and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators.
• Work with business units and DES project leads to elicit requirements, document needs and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Represent DES in meetings, working groups and task forces. Foster partnerships and coordinate initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
• Provide awareness to colleagues on business analysis methodologies, tools and best practices to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.standard AI developer to support our existing team in developing prototype applications leveraging AI, delivering solutions in areas such as trademark classification and AI Agents. Activities will include developing user interfaces, integrating with AI frameworks and tools, as well as other required back-end services, and iterating with business users to find optimal solutions.

Minimum Requirements
Education (Essential)

• First-level university degree in business administration, management, information technology or a related field.
• ITIL certification
• AWS certification

Experience (Essential)

• At least seven years of experience in business analysis, service management, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Experience in an international environment (ideally across both public and private sectors).

Language (Essential)

• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English.

Job-Related Competencies (Essential)

• Strong service management, analytical and data presentation skills, using JIRA.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables.
• Knowledge of modern business analysis frameworks and methodologies, showing ability to stay current with industry trends and quickly learn new concepts.
• Experience in process optimization, digital transformation or solution architecture.
