Overview
As a Lab Equipment Specialist (CQV), you will play a pivotal role in the commissioning, qualification, and validation of laboratory equipment. Your expertise will ensure equipment compliance with regulatory standards and project timelines. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all within a collaborative and innovative setting.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Commissioning & Qualification (CQV) of laboratory or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards (such as cGMP, FDA, EMA).
- Knowledge of validation protocols and documentation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Nice To Have Skills
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Familiarity with automation systems and software used in lab environments.
- Certifications in equipment validation or CQV (e.g., GEP, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Multilingual skills, particularly in English and Swiss languages.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment validation and CQV activities.
- Past experience working within regulated environments in Switzerland or similar regions.
Other Requirements
- This role requires full on-site presence.
- Ability to start in January 2026.
- Availability for scheduled planning calls and potential travel as required.
