For our client, a dynamic film production company in Los Angeles, we are looking for a

International Entertainment Advisor & Controller (m/f) 100% (Russia/Europe)

About the Role:

A senior professional is required to represent shareholder interests and oversee the development of the Entertainment division within the Group. This position carries significant impact, combining strategic leadership with oversight responsibilities, and places strong emphasis on applying U.S. and international best practices.

Your responsibilities:

  • Represent shareholder interests in all Entertainment-related initiatives (film, music, digital content, live events).
  • Define strategy and ensure that projects remain fully aligned with shareholder objectives.
  • Oversee execution and provide independent control of financial efficiency, budgets, and investments.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with global studios, distributors, agencies, and platforms.
  • Introduce and adapt U.S. entertainment models and leading international practices.
  • Deliver transparent reporting and expert recommendations directly to the shareholder / Board of Directors.

Your profile:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Entertainment, Media, Production, Digital Platforms, or Entertainment Law.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. entertainment market (business models, contracts, distribution, monetization).
  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic planning with controlling oversight.
  • Experience working with international partners and C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and Russian (additional European languages are an advantage).
