For our client, a dynamic film production company in Los Angeles, we are looking for an experienced

Executive Assistant (English, Russian) 

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and industry professionals
  •  Assist with script coverage, project tracking, and industry research
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
  • Oversee office operations and liaise with vendors, legal teams, and talent representatives
  • Support executives during film production phases, festivals, and events

Your profile:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a film production company or talent agency is preferably
  • Experience as simultaneous interpreter English Russian (must)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and high-level projects
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-specific software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
