Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize tools and templates to facilitate the end-to-end sourcing process.Ensure efficient sourcing operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with Finance and IT to successfully implement NetSuite, including appropriate controls.Provide support for Purchase to Pay processes, including vendor management, forecasting, contract management, and accounts payable.Standardize price list management for direct materials.Establish, track, and report KPIs related to cost, quality, service, and value-add to support performance evaluation.Offer financial insights for budgeting and monthly PPV analysis across direct material teams.Conduct ad hoc reporting and data analytics to drive key sourcing initiatives.Support broader office initiatives essential for organizational development.Collaborate closely with Packaging, Ingredients, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.Perform other duties as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-related field.3-5 years of sourcing experience (preferably in the food and beverage industry).Strong collaborator and relationship-builder, both internally and externally.Source to Pay ExperienceSkilled at establishing trust, cultivating business relationships, and delivering results.Capable of project execution from start to finish.Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Demonstrated alignment with the core valuesExperience with NetSuite is preferred.
