Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Geneva. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial planning, manage financial operations, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reporting. The role includes developing strategies to drive financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Financial Planning and development of strategic financial models
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Deep understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Expertise in Financial Reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software systems and tools
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
