Welcome aboard In this varied role, you will be part of the infrastructure team at Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG (LAT CH) at the Zurich site. You will be involved in room management, technical and infrastructural building management and provide support with administrative and manual tasks during absences.

Tasks
You can be deployed flexibly and take on tasks during vacations or other absences in the team, which can last from one day to several weeks at a time. Your day-to-day work will include the following tasks on an hourly wage basis:

  • Provision and management of the training and office facilities
  • Support with the building infrastructure
  • First level support in AV technology (audio-video)
  • Interface for internal and external stakeholders for technical and infrastructural matters
  • Work and building security
  • Support with administrative activities
  • Support for providers in building management
  • Service work and delivery to other LAT CH locations
  • Support for general cross-divisional repair work

Requirements

  • Completed technical apprenticeship, combined with several years of professional experience
  • Preferably knowledge of AV technology
  • IT affinity
  • Manual dexterity
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Office 365)
  • High service orientation, openness and flexibility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to work outside of company hours (until 23:00 or on weekends/holidays)
  • Weekends/holidays as well as high flexibility in the willingness to work)
