This position is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth and scale-up of a new category leader in the Aerospace industry.

We are seeking a skilled Windchill Application Administrator to maintain, extend, and support our Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Windchill, experience with server administration, and a strong background in software customization and integration. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs.

Job Requirements

• Strong expertise in PLM administration and configuration. PTC Windchill is a plus.
• Proven experience in server and database administration.
• Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition for customizing and extending Windchill functionality.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Creo and SolidWorks, and their integration with Windchill.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Windchill servers and applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage Windchill configurations, customization, and upgrades.
• Implement, configure, and support new Windchill modules as needed.
• Oversee user access management, including license allocation, role configuration, and permission settings.
• Provide technical support and training to end users across various departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at both the server and client levels.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute user guides, process documentation, and best practices.
• Utilize Windchill APIs and web services to develop custom functionality and integrate with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP).
• Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and patch management
