Purpose
: Actively support the Monitoring team with implementation, automation and maintenance of the End-to-End Monitoring Platform.

Responsibilities:

The non-exhaustive tasks to be covered during this period include:

  • Participate in the deployment, configuration, and automation of new monitoring tools as defined in the end-to-end monitoring concept
  • Participate in the set-up of a continuous monitoring framework (process, tooling)
  • Interface with stakeholders (technical teams, end users, EPIC owner, Business Owner,...)
  • Collaborate with first level support team and the application development/engineering teams (third level)
  • Support the monitoring team with their RUN duties

Competencies
:

  • Good Knowledge in System engineering, Monitoring, Operations
  • Experiences with Deployment automation:
    Git, Ansible, Puppet, Powershell/shell
  • Experiences with Databases:
    MySQL, Influx DB, PostgreSQL, SQL server
  • Experiences with Monitoring tools:
    Grafana, Telegraf, Prometheus, Opentelemetry, Elasticsearch
  • Experiences with
    Windows
    and
    Linux
  • Experiences with technical writing and compliance
  • Nice to have:
    Kubernetes
  • Ensuring iterations goals
  • Team collaboration (agile mindset) / autonomy / willing to learn

Your profile:

Education & Experience

  • Degree in computer science
    or similar
  • At least
    10 years experience in the IT
  • Experience in
    aerospace sector / Air Traffic Management
  • Good Knowledge in
    System engineering, Monitoring, Operations, Deployment automation
  • Experiences with
    Databases
