Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit starkem Hintergrund in Projektarbeit, Digitalisierung sowie militärischer Kaderausbildung. Die Rolle unterstützt die Einführung neuer Produkte in bestehende ICT- und Organisationsstrukturen und erfordert sowohl methodische Kompetenz wie auch Verständnis für militärische Prozesse und Entscheidungswege.

Ideal für Personen mit Erfahrung in militärischen Stäben und gleichzeitiger Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Betriebsmodellen und IT-Servicemanagement.

Anforderung:

  • Militärische Kaderausbildung und Erfahrung in militärischen Stäben der Schweizer Armee (idealerweise Stufe Gs Vb und als Gst Of, z. B. Hauptleute oder Stabsoffiziere)
  • Kenntnisse im Digitalisierungsumfeld, insbesondere:
  • Betriebsmodelle
  • Outtasking-Konzepte
  • ITSM-Lösungen
  • Nach Möglichkeit Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Projektarbeit innerhalb komplexer, dynamischer Organisationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (idealerweise SAFe)
