ICT Support Professional (fest/temporär)

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für alle eingehenden IT-Supportanfragen für die gesamte Firmengruppe
  • Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen und Weiterverarbeitung im Ticketsystem
  • Erstunterstützung per Telefon und Remote
  • Field Service an den Standorten, hauptsächlich in Birr, aber auch in Brugg, Kleindöttingen oder Baar möglich
  • Erstellen von Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Checklisten
  • Training der Anwender
 

Deine Persönlichkeit:
  • Du hast einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen ICT Fachausweis, eine Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im IT-Support mit
  • Deine guten Kenntnisse im Client-Management sowie Dein Faible für telefonischen und persönlichen Kundensupport zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
