About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Risk Analyst
to support the assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks within our organization in Switzerland. You will play a key role in identifying operational, financial, and strategic risks and providing actionable insights to help the company make informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of risk management frameworks, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate exposure and risk trends.
  • Monitor risk indicators, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and regulators.
  • Collaborate with business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk modeling exercises.
  • Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.
  • Track and report on risk incidents, escalations, and resolution progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    risk analysis, operational risk, or financial risk management
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, SQL, Python, or risk analytics tools
    .
  • Knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory requirements is a plus (FINMA, Basel II/III).
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German and/or French
    is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, or Basel standards is a plus.
