The rapid development in digitalisation drives us to constantly learn new things and further develop our platform offerings. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the further development of mobile products and their positioning on the market. You will work closely with various teams to create innovative B2B solutions. Your focus will be on the entire lifecycle management and the strategic alignment of service portfolios. With your market and technology expertise, you will develop customised solutions that really make a difference.

• Maintaining and further developing the product and service portfolio across the entire life cycle
• Development and market launch of new products, with a focus on mobile solutions
• Implementation of modern, automated and standardised processes
• Responsibility for all aspects of the product, from vision to market launch
• Long-term orientation and further development of smart sourcing and IT outsourcing services
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Overall commercial and technical responsibility for the product group, including collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Engineering
• Utilising the technological footprint to attract new customers to Microsoft solutions
• Technical responsibility for Microsoft offerings in the SME environment, with a focus on licence management and direct collaboration with partners and customers

Your skills

• A degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in ICT, business administration or similar fields
• In-depth knowledge of product management, particularly in the area of Microsoft solutions and technologies, as well as experience in agile product development
• Experience in customer acquisition and customer success management, ideally with certifications in Microsoft volume licensing
• Experience in leading projects and managing complex service offerings
• Experience in stakeholder management in complex structures and confident behaviour in negotiations
• Enthusiasm for digital innovations and technological trends, especially in the SME environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-orientated way of working
• High level of initiative and decisiveness, combined with a structured way of working
• Residence in Switzerland
• Very good German and English; French is an advantage
