About LuvviCare

LuvviCare is a secure digital platform designed to support families with newborns, babies, and young children during extended hospital stays—such as in the NICU, PICU, or pediatric palliative care—through education, emotional support, and controlled communication.

The platform enables secure hospital-to-home updates (including one-way messaging and optional video connections), parent education, developmental tracking, and real-time updates—helping families stay informed, engaged, and emotionally connected throughout hospitalization.

LuvviCare also includes a unique, clinically informed AudioCare platform that supports bonding and developmental care through the safe use of parents' voices, music, and sound, aligned with published research in neonatal and pediatric care.

We partner closely with clinical experts, hospitals, nonprofits, and are currently in an early rollout phase, shaping the platform ahead of broader hospital deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Product Review

  • Review LuvviCare's digital platform and user interfaces to ensure clinical accuracy, clarity, and ease of use
  • Provide feedback based on real NICU/PICU workflows and family-centered care practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication, empathy, and efficiency

Content Review

  • Review educational articles, infographics, milestones, and FAQs
  • Ensure content is clinically accurate, emotionally supportive, and parent-friendly
  • Content is informational and educational only and does not provide medical advice or address individual medical conditions
  • Advisors act in a review and feedback capacity and are not the primary authors or owners of the content

Advisory & Representation

  • Participate in selected demos or advisory discussions with hospitals, nonprofits, or partners
  • Share insights on NICU family support, education, and AudioCare use
  • Optional: Record short educational videos or audio content

Ideal Candidate

  • Neonatal nurse with 3+ years of NICU experience
  • Strong interest in parent education and family-centered care
  • Comfortable reviewing content and providing structured feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional fluency in Spanish, German, or Portuguese is a plus
