Communication Intern

**(Working rate**: 70-100%)

**Requirements**:
**Your responsibilities will be but not limited to**:
Develop the annual communication plan and ensure their implementation and coordination, in close collaboration with the Debiopharm communications department and DPIF team
Coordinate the publication of our company’s portfolio press releases in our corporate website and on social media, and ensure timely communication of events attended by the DPIF team members
Build webpage content and newsletters to support online communication for our new investments, and coordinate their release
Keep track records of DPIF’s annual events and ensure continuous improvement by collecting feedback after our events
Build content and update DPIF corporate presentation in PowerPoint and web pages,
Coordinate the organization of our internal ‘’Breaking News’’ events and “Meet the Startup” days, including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Organize sponsorship in digital health events to ensure DPIF visibility, including the comparison and selection of the right events and preparation of materials/presentations

**Profile**:
MSc. in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or any relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare/digital health field
Complementary educational background in communication is an asset
First working experience in Digital Health is a plus
Capacity to transform complex scientific ideas into medical education;
Proficient in desk research activities with good ability to synthesize;
Good knowledge of the MS Office pack, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent in English (verbal and written), preferably mother tongue. Good level of French (spoken);
Strong writing skills;
Creative personality;
Willingness to learn;
Able to work effectively in a team;
Good communication skills and networking capacities.
