Responsibilities
- La gestion de l'administration générale du bureau
- L'accueil, la gestion des salles de réunion et des visiteurs
- Le support pour l'organisation des déplacements et la gestion des frais
- La préparation du courrier et des livraisons, la coordination avec les fournisseurs, la gestion des factures et des ressources du bureau
- L'organisation de réunions internes, de réceptions exécutives et d'événements d'entreprise, ainsi que l'assistance sur des projets opérationnels
- La gestion des outils digitaux et des systèmes internes
Qualifications
Expérience avérée en gestion de bureau, administration ou dans un poste similaire (2 à 3 ans). Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec une grande attention aux détails. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à prioriser les tâches et à gérer des demandes ponctuelles. Compétences professionnelles en communication et sens du service. Capacité à gérer à la fois les tâches administratives courantes et les besoins opérationnels ponctuels.
- La maîtrise de l'espagnol ou du polonais est un plus.
