DescriptionCoordinate all development phases of the project. Ensure the selection of key contractors through rigorous tender processes and contracts negotiations and, manage as the owner representative.
Develop and manage development/value add budget and monitor spending. Oversee and efficiently coordinate all third parties involved. Prepare application files and liaise with local authorities to obtain the required building permits and all other authorisations required. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of development/value add works.
Identify key risks and propose mitigating actions. Ensure that the quality of construction and enhancement works meets established standards, deadlines, and client expectations. Oversee the technical due diligence on acquisitions and development/value add projects. ProfileBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Swiss real estate development and project management.
Technical knowledge of construction processes and building systems, town planning. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness and flexibility for day trips within Switzerland.
Analytical profile, critical mind, ability to synthesise. French and Swiss-German required, English would be a significant plus. Job OfferCompetitive salary and motivating performance-based remuneration model. Creative and entrepreneurial working environment.
