Scientific Expert, QA Support

Job Description
You will support QA Support Functions with Quality Oversight across QC, stability studies, Maintenance & Utilities (incl. requalification/revalidation), as well as warehouse and internal logistics. The role focuses on ensuring GMP compliance, partnering with operational teams, and maintaining high product quality.
Your tasks include managing and approving deviations, leading initial risk assessments, supporting investigations and CAPA definition, evaluating product/process impact, and managing change controls. You will support "Quality on the Floor," join regular operational meetings, participate in inspections, review GMP documents, and contribute to process and system optimisation.

Competences
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or Law
- Native German speaker with strong English skills (C1)
- 3+ years of experience in GMP deviation & CAPA management
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of Maintenance & Utilities, analytical methods, stability studies or logistics is a plus
- Analytical, structured, proactive and reliable
- Strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented mindset
