Purpose of the post As a member of the Collaboration Platform,you will be in charge of technical lead and software production management(local and offshore). You will also be responsible for L3 support includingticket solving and follow-up in collaboration with production (L2), network andsystem teams.Main duties and responsibilities •     Coordinate all technicalaspects of the SharePoint solution (Storage, Security, performance,connectivity, …) with all relevant IT platforms.•     Coordinate, follow-updevelopments and quality control, in tight collaboration with Project andRelease Managers.•     Integrate solutions into theinformation system.•     Deliver non-functional documentation(architecture, technical requirements, installation, configuration…) •     Assist project team fortechnical and functional specifications. •     Support L2 teamExperience required:  > 8 years' experience. •     Expert in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019and SharePoint Online development•     Expert in .Net/C# development withVisual Studio and TFS•     Advanced knowledge inSharePoint management in PowerShell, PnP, and SharePoint Framework •     Advanced knowledge in MicrosoftWindows Server 2012/2016/2019 and SQL Server 2012/2016/2019 (with Always-Oncapabilities)•     Continuous integration,delivery and deployment (TFS Build & Release Pipelines…)•     Code quality knowledge (SonarQube)and programming paradigm best practices•     Good knowledge of ActiveDirectory•     Experienced with federatedidentity mechanisms (ADFS)•     Experienced with authenticationprotocols (NTLM, Kerberos, SAML)As plus: •     SharePoint Hybridimplementation•     Backup and restore strategieswith SharePoint•     F5 BigIP integration•     Monitoring tools (Scom)•     Virtual architecture with vMware•     SharePoint third party-tools(ShareGate, Nintex)•     Microsoft 365 ecosystems(Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate)•     Experiences with AgileMethodologies•     Knowledge of Business AnalysisconceptsSoft skills •     Leadership•     Excellent time and task management skills as well as communicationskills •     Problem-solving and resolution oriented •     Capable to work both within a team and independently to meet thedeadline •     Curious regarding new technologies, •     Open-mindedEducation University degree or equivalent of Computerand information Sciences and other field that is relevant to the assignments
