Pour l'un de nos clients, nous recrutons un Spécialiste crédits documentaires.

Vous serez en charge de traiter et d'exécuter tous les types de transactions liés aux crédits documentaires telles que les lettes de crédit à l'importation et à l'exportation, les collectes documentaires entrantes et sortantes ou encore les garanties commerciales pour des portefeuilles de clients dont vous aurez la responsabilité.

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer et garantir l'exécution rapide, précise et efficace des instructions des clients ou des correspondants en relation avec toutes les transactions et instruments de crédits documentaires, ainsi que les transactions liées aux autres activités, de manière autonome et responsable.
  • Fournir des conseils techniques et offrir un soutien aux clients et aux RM, ainsi qu'à vos collègues de la division Finance.
  • Maintenir des contacts réguliers et professionnels avec les clients en étroite coopération avec les RM.
  • Communiquer de manière efficace et en temps voulu, en informant notamment les RM de tout changement survenu dans les positions de leurs clients à la suite de transactions documentaires.

Profil:

  • CFC ou maturité, idéalement complété par une formation bancaire/trading/import-export.
  • Vous avez impérativement une solide expérience dans la gestion des crédits documentaires dans le milieu bancaire.
  • Solide connaissance technique en matière de lettres de crédit et des règles qui régissent le marché.
  • Maîtrise du français et anglais courant, toute autre langue un atout.
  • Sens du relationnel, organisé, autonome et capable de prioriser.
  • Aptitude à s'adapter dans un environnement dynamique.
