For one of our clients, an international company based in the Canton of Geneva, we are looking for a Facilities Procurement Specialist (M/F ):

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process for building-related services and equipment (maintenance, cleaning, security, energy, etc.).
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery times.
  • Establish and monitor service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, maintenance) to anticipate needs and optimize budgets.
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.

Your Profile:

  • Higher education in procurement, supply chain, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in procurement related to facility management.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Excel) and solid understanding of procurement processes.
  • Fluent in French, with professional English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
