Head of Projects Managers

Vous serez en charge de piloter et encadrer une équipe de chefs de projets. Vous serez garant, auprès de la Direction générale, de la bonne conduite des projets, de la satisfaction des clients et de l'atteinte des objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Superviser, coordonner et accompagner les chefs de projets dans la gestion de leurs missions
  • Définir les priorités, répartir les ressources et veiller au respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité
  • Participer à la définition des stratégies de développement des projets et à leur mise en œuvre
  • Assurer la communication avec les différentes parties prenantes : clients, fournisseurs, services internes
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et proposer des plans d'amélioration continue
  • Apporter un soutien technique et méthodologique aux chefs de projets

Profil souhaité
:

  • Formation supérieure en ingénierie ou jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets et management dans un secteur industriel (par ex. : machines spéciales, automation, mécanique, semi-conducteurs...)
  • Compétences managériales éprouvées : leadership, écoute, organisation et esprit d'équipe
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, ERP, etc.) et des méthodologies associées
  • Leadership, proactivité, vision
  • Langues : français, anglais et allemand = courant / autre langue = un atout
