Position:
HR Business Partner - Part time (20 hours)

What This Job Involves
As part of the JLL Work Dynamics HR team this role will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues locally and across EMEA. Supporting our Work Dynamics Accounts business with the Life Sciences sector, you will use your business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities. You will deep dive, surface insights, & influence HR Service Delivery & COEs to enhance moments that matter enabling WD talent to do their best work.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Act as local delivery expert of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.
  • Partner with leaders across EMEA Work Dynamics Life Sciences Accounts, leading all lifecycle activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning. Provide coaching, training, and advisory support to business stakeholders.
  • Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics (e.g., global engagement survey, succession bench metrics, turnover, demographics) to the business and provides insights and strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement.
  • Enhance employee experience during key moments in the employee lifecycle.
  • Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience.
  • Develop innovative solutions for anticipated opportunities or issues.
  • Support Employee Relations by investigating high risk employee relations issues.
  • Balance business needs, company requirements, and protect the interests of the organization while advocating for employee interests, in service of creating a culture where employees and leaders reflect and live our JLL Values
  • Position yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all interactions.
  • Lead or participate in projects impacting business results.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Highly experienced in client-focused HR generalist role.
  • Experience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a matrix organization.
  • Energy and passion about human resources and advancing talent.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity – Can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of leading and supporting transition activity under ARD, or similar, across EMEA would be advantageous.
  • A track record and reputation as a trusted advisor and someone who can influence business leaders and the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen
  • Strong commercial acumen, a client focus and be able to support the organization to drive new business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, who is comfortable communicating with HR and Business leaders at all levels.
  • Solution oriented mindset and a creative problem solver who can operate in a sometimes resource constrained environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
