As a Senior Process / Validation Engineer , you'll be at the heart of manufacturing innovation. You will:

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a dynamic production environment.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and yield.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and products.
• Lead the development and optimization of new manufacturing concepts, from feasibility studies to full-scale implementation.
• Drive compliance with regulatory standards while introducing advanced statistical process control techniques.

• Education: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, OR Master's with 2+ years, OR PhD with relevant exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience in process development, equipment selection, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
