Data Center Techniker (m/w/d)

Einleitung
Für ein erfolgreiches und lokal verankertes Unternehmen im Raum Zürich im Data-Center-Bereich suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Data Center Techniker:in mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zum Teamleiter oder Supervisor.
Aufgaben
- Betrieb, Überwachung, Unterhalt und Prüfung aller haustechnischen Anlagen (HLKS und Elektro) der Energiezentralen im Data Center inkl. Dokumentation
- Technische Beratung von Kunden und Begleitung von Projekten
- Betrieb von Hoch- und Niederspannungsanlagen inkl. Netzersatzanlagen
- Erstellung von Schaltprogrammen und Wartung der Anlagen
- Erstinterventionen und Kleinreparaturen
- Koordination von Wartungsarbeiten sowie Begleitung und Kontrolle von Drittunternehmen
- Pikettdienst und ggf. Schichtarbeit mit attraktivem Schichtplan
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gebäudetechnik (HLKS oder Elektro)
- Weiterbildung als Gebäudetechniker:in von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudeunterhalt
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Bereitschaft zu Pikettdienst und ggf. Schichtarbeit

Data Center Technician (m/f/d)

Introduction
For a well-established and successful company in the Zurich area operating in the data center sector, we are looking for a motivated Data Center Technician with development opportunities toward a Team Lead or Supervisor role.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, maintain, and inspect all building services systems (HVAC and electrical) within the data center energy infrastructure, including documentation
- Provide technical support and advice to customers and support ongoing projects
- Operate high- and low-voltage systems, including backup power systems
- Create switching schedules and carry out maintenance activities
- Perform first-response interventions and minor repairs
- Coordinate maintenance activities and supervise external service providers
- Participate in on-call duty and, where required, shift work with an attractive schedule
Profile
- Completed vocational training in building services engineering (HVAC or electrical)
- Further training as a building services technician is an advantage
- Experience in technical building maintenance
- Strong technical understanding
- Fluent German (spoken and written); English is a plus
- Good MS Office skills
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Team-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and possible shift work
