Your Role

As an Implementation Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of technically complex and customized customer implementation projects within our data centers. You will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders—internally and externally—ensuring that each project is executed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and quality standards.

In this role, you'll manage the allocation of work to technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and security teams, monitor progress and safety standards, and oversee the accuracy of all project documentation. You'll directly handle customer communications, including coordinating on-site deliveries and approvals, and ensure a smooth internal transition to our Service Operations team after completion. Budget tracking and cost alignment with service pricing models are also key aspects of your responsibility.

This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful technical projects in a high-growth, international environment—working closely with customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery from start to finish.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in project management within a technical environment, ideally in data centers, telecommunications, or industrial engineering
  • Strong background in managing complex implementation projects, including coordination of subcontractors, budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable electro-technical education (e.g., certified technician or master level)
  • Solid understanding of electrotechnical systems, with exposure to cooling systems, generators, or fiber optics as an advantage
  • Proficient in technical documentation, project reporting, and advanced use of MS Office tools
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
