Job Description

  • Aktive Akquisition neuer External Asset Managers (EAM) im Schweizer Markt, mit Fokus auf Deutschschweiz
  • Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung langfristiger EAM-Beziehungen
  • Präsentation des Leistungsangebots der Bank (Custody, Advisory, Plattform-Services)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen (Investment Solutions, Compliance, Operations)
  • Verantwortung für das Onboarding neuer EAM-Partner inkl. Koordination regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten im EAM-Umfeld

The Successful Applicant

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Relationship Manager, EAM-Betreuer oder RM Hunter im Private Banking
  • Bestehendes, belastbares Netzwerk zu External Asset Managers in der Deutschschweiz
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Banken- und Regulierungsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Akquisitions- und Abschlussstärke sowie unternehmerisches Mindset
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch verhandlungssicher; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Professionelles Auftreten, hohe Eigenmotivation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
