Our client, a well-positioned International Corporate Bank with an office in Zurich is actively looking for a Relationship Manager for Swiss Corporates. In this role, you are responsible for acquiring, developing and managing customer relationships in the Swiss Corporates area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Building a trusting and long-term relationship with decision-makers (e.g. owner, senior management, CFO, treasurer). Enthusiasm for the bank through strong solution orientation and high reliability in all interfaces.
- Deep understanding of the customer's business model and conducting strategic dialogues to position ourselves as a partner in company development. This is done for defined customers in close cooperation with the Financial Engineering specialists.
- As a Relationship Manager, you lead - supported by the Associate - the Client Sales Team (CST) of local and international specialists / branches on the basis of your strategic budget planning.
- In addition to continuous portfolio growth, our core task is to increase our share of wallet with key accounts - also to ensure our profitability requirements.
- Responsibility for KYC, AML and compliance tasks as 1st line of defence. Ensuring data quality/collection using the bank's IT systems for the portfolio under responsibility.
- Close dialogue with borrowers, especially in phases of deteriorating economic conditions, for the purpose of risk mitigation in the responsible loan book.
- You will receive the necessary skills for terms and credit decisions, which you will use responsibly in accordance with the bank's risk strategy and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent in a Finance / Business topic
- 5 years+ experience in corporate finance is desirable
- Strong acquisition skills, strong initiative and very good communication skills
- High level of teamwork, commitment and service orientation
- Fluent German & English skills
