En tant que
Change Manager
chez Ivy Partners, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Développer l'expertise dans la gestion du changement au sein des équipes Cyber Sécurité et IT, focalisée sur les domaines Marketing & Retail.

  • Diffuser l'approche de gestion du changement, encourager l'adoption des outils clés et veiller au respect des meilleures pratiques.

  • Aider les équipes à comprendre et à impliquer chaque membre dans les projets et opérations courantes, agissant comme un sparring partner.

  • Accompagner les collaborateurs à communiquer efficacement, résoudre les problématiques et produire des livrables dans le domaine du changement.

  • Collaborer avec les managers pour identifier les priorités, opportunités et risques dans la gestion du changement, et élaborer une roadmap de gestion du changement..

À propos de vous

Vous êtes notre candidat(e) idéal(e) si :

  • Vous possédez au moins 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Change Manager, idéalement dans le domaine de l'IT ou industriel.

  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une aisance à communiquer oralement avec tous niveaux hiérarchiques.

  • Vous excellez dans la communication écrite et la rédaction de documents impactants.

  • Vous êtes une personne proactive, dynamique, avec un fort esprit d'initiative et capable de transformer les besoins en actions concrètes.
