Au sein du département PWM Risk & Control Functions, en votre qualité de Business Compliance Manager, vous analyserez tous les nouveaux dossiers d'ouverture de compte de la clientèle.

Your role
Responsabilités

  • Analyser les dossiers liés aux ouvertures de comptes, tant sur le plan matériel que sur les aspects formels et fiscaux (FATCA, CRS, etc.).
  • Rédiger des documents de synthèse concernant les demandes d'ouverture de comptes et les présenter aux différentes instances de la Banque.
  • Conseiller les gérants, notamment sur le processus d'ouverture de compte.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations (LBA, OBA-FINMA, CDB), notamment dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme (AML).

Your profile

  • Expérience d'au moins 5 ans à un poste similaire dans une banque privée en Suisse.
  • Formation universitaire ou bancaire ; un certificat en compliance management est un atout.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les aspects liés à la réglementation, en particulier dans le domaine de l'AML. Très bonne connaissance de la LBA, de l'OBA-FINMA et de la Convention de diligence des banques, ainsi que de sa jurisprudence.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, notamment le logiciel bancaire Avaloq et MS Office.
  • Français et anglais courants ; la maîtrise d'une autre langue est un atout.
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.

Rigoureux/se, intègre et discret/ète, tout en étant doté/e d'un esprit curieux et d'un réel sens du service à la clientèle, vous savez faire preuve d'initiative et d'engagement. Vous montrez un intérêt marqué pour tous les aspects réglementaires et êtes capable de faire respecter et appliquer la réglementation ainsi que les directives internes de manière stricte, tout en plaçant la satisfaction du business au cœur de vos priorités. Organisé/e et méthodique, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et contribuez, par votre attitude, à maintenir un excellent climat de travail.
