Le candidat contribue au développement des ventes des clients suisses ainsi qu'à la commercialisation des solutions proposées.Double ligne dereporting: Directeur des Grands Comptes et le DG Suisse.Tâches principales:Rencontrer les clients, s'assurer par des suivis réguliers de la satisfaction clients et de la bonne prise en compte des besoins actuels et futurs,Relayer en interne et travailler sur les retours clients (en France et dans le réseau international Ferrari) afin d'atteindre les niveaux de performance requis,Contribuer à la définition et à la commercialisation de solutions pour nos clients,Supporter les GAMs, l'équipe Pricing et les pays sur les appels d'offres,Contribuer à la préparation des présentations de vente, des revues d'affaire régulières,Contribuer à l'exécution des opérations événementielles de nos clients.Déplacements:occasionnels. Le poste est focalisé sur les clients suisses, des déplacements courts en Europe ou au grand international sont à prévoir.Profil recherché:Environ 8 à 10 ans d'expérience, avec un profil vente / relations clients. Une expérience dans les opérations sera appréciée. Des candidats plus seniors pourront être considérés.Capable de gérer des relations clients. Connaissance du secteur du luxe / montres et joaillerie préférable.Excellentes qualités de communication (relationnel, écrit, oral).Français et Anglais courant.
