Overview
We're looking for a
Creative Strategic Planner
to join our
Geneva team
.

This role sits at the crossroads of
strategy, creativity and storytelling,
helping transform
insights into ideas
that move people and brands.

You'll support
senior strategists and creative leads
in shaping narratives that connect
insight, brand and experience
, contributing to the conception of
world-class international events
.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analyse data to uncover key insights
  • Translate client briefs into strategic frameworks and creative propositions
  • Develop value propositions and narrative structures for client presentations
  • Collaborate closely with creative, project management, and production teams to ensure alignment across deliverables
  • Design dynamic, visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint or Keynote)
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews with both strategic depth and creative flair
  • Stay ahead of trends, cultural, technological, and experiential, to inspire innovation within the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications (agency experience preferred)
  • Combines analytical discipline with creative curiosity
  • Comfortable working with both words and ideas, able to write, structure, and present clearly
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Organised, rigorous, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Curious, articulate, and driven by the desire to learn and grow within a multidisciplinary environment
