Senior Financial Planner

We are looking for a Senior Financial Planner to join our Wealth Planning department in the Private Clients unit – starting immediately or by agreement. In this role, you'll be responsible for serving clients in the Romandie region (Geneva and Lausanne). You'll work in close collaboration with a team of financial planners, pension solutions specialists, estate planners, and tax experts, helping private clients make informed decisions about their financial future.

What would your role be?

  • Provide comprehensive financial, pension, tax, and estate planning advice
  • Develop tailored financial plans and provide client-specific analyses and thematic advice
  • Grow client relationships in the French-speaking region of Switzerland (Geneva and Lausanne)
  • Proactively promote and acquire Wealth Planning mandates
  • Support relationship managers with expert insights and client-specific solutions
  • Represent our Wealth Planning expertise at internal and external events

What are we looking for?

  • Several years of experience in financial and pension planning, ideally in private banking
  • Recognized qualifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, MAS in Financial Consulting, or a university/FH degree)
  • Excellent negotiation and client acquisition skills
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills
  • Developed sales drive and business orientation
  • Excellent social skills and ability to work in a team of specialists
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Reliable, solution-oriented, and highly client-focused
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken; German is an advantage.
