Votre rôle

Nous recherchons un professionnel junior, motivé et précis, spécialisé en ventes FX & PM avec 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en vente et trading de devises étrangères et métaux précieux. Le candidat assistera le trader senior et la direction pour l'exécution des produits, la gestion client et le déploiement d'initiatives commerciales.

Exécution et trading

  • Effectuer des opérations de couverture et des transactions sur devises et métaux précieux
  • Acheter et vendre des pièces
  • Coordonner avec les équipes internes
  • Soutenir la gestion des positions et la pré-confirmation des deals
  • Contrôler quotidiennement les expositions et les limites de crédit

Ventes et gestion des relations

  • Des contacts quotidiens ou hebdomadaires sont établis via Bloomberg, Refinitiv Messenger, courriel et téléphone.
  • Le suivi de l'évolution du marché inclut l'élaboration de rapports d'actualisation ainsi que la proposition de stratégies de couverture et de restructuration à la direction.
  • Les opportunités de ventes croisées sont identifiées et un accompagnement est assuré dans l'intégration de nouveaux clients.
  • Une collaboration avec les équipes internes permet d'adapter les solutions aux exigences spécifiques de la clientèle.

Gestion des risques et conformité

  • Assurer la conformité des transactions avec les politiques de risque et la réglementation.
  • Surveiller les expositions, les plafonds de crédit et signaler les risques.

Trésorerie

  • Gestion de la trésorerie
  • Suivi quotidien des comptes

Votre expertise

  • Bachelor degree ou équivalent est indispensable.
  • Expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans la vente et le trading de devises et de métaux précieux.
  • Connaissance des marchés des devises, des métaux précieux, des produits et des procédures d'exécution des transactions.
  • Expérience en développement commercial et en vente.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec les collègues.
  • Compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Attention aux détails ainsi que compétences d'analyse et d'organisation.
  • Utilisation de Bloomberg, Excel et des plateformes de négociation.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise ; la connaissance d'autres langues est considérée comme un atout.
