Was ist meine Funktion?

Unser Kunde sucht eine HR Fachfachkraft für die operative Leitung (m/w/d), die die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung für alle unternehmensweiten HR-Themen übernimmt. In dieser Position leiten Sie fachlich und disziplinarisch ein kleines HR-Team und gestalten den gesamten HR-Lifecycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt. Zudem sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Kader & Mitarbeitende, sichern die Weiterentwicklung aller Angestellten, überwachen die Lohnbuchhaltung und arbeiten an verschiedenen HR Projekten mit.

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes rechts- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder KV Grundbildung mit HR-Fachausweis

  • Profunde Berufserfahrung im operativen HR-Bereich bzw. in den HR-Services eines Tech-Unternehmens mit erster Führungserfahrung

  • Deutsch C2, Englisch & Französisch ab B2

  • Praxis im Bereich Arbeitsrecht

  • Selbstständig, empathisch, exakt

  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten hands-on Mentalität
