Pour l'une de nos marques, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e Growth Marketer pour une mission temporaire (soit CDD, soit en freelance).

Après avoir effectué un soft launch sur 2025, notre marque a connu une très belle croissance organique. Nous allons maintenant passer à la vitesse supérieure et souhaitons nous entourer d'une personne capable de nous aider à créer un système de génération de leads qualifiés.

La mission :

Accompagnement et mise en place d'un système d'acquisition de leads B2B extrêmement qualifiés. Le système doit appartenir intégralement à DARE et nos équipes devront pouvoir l'utiliser de manière autonome une fois prêt.

Votre rôle doit être orienté résultats mesurables, avec mise en place concrète de campagnes, funnels, automatisations ou canaux payants/organiques.

La marque :

La mission est réalisée chez DARE mais concerne l'une de nos sous-marques, à savoir Rebrand ). Rebrand est une offre adaptée pour les PME de Suisse romande et qui cherchent à moderniser leur image grâce à une nouvelle identité visuelle ainsi qu'un nouveau site web.

Les gros avantages pour de l'acquisition de leads : l'offre est extrêmement claire et le public-cible connu à la perfection.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous connaissez très bien le marché des PME de Suisse romande
  • Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial
  • Vous êtes à la pointe des dernières techniques en Growth Marketing
  • Vous avez plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine

Lieu de travail :

La mission peut s'effectuer de manière hybride, c'est-à-dire partiellement en remote et partiellement en présentiel dans nos bureaux à Forel (Lavaux).

Taux d'occupation :

Le taux sera à définir avec le-la Growth Marketer sélectionné-e selon son analyse du besoin.

Durée de la mission :

La durée sera à définir avec le-la Growth Marketer sélectionné-e selon le plan d'action validé.
