Job Description
  • Review and release of raw data, final approval, and delivery of results for customer orders
  • Ensure that all scientific and quality standards (GMP, ISO) are met throughout the analytical process
  • Serve as a key interface between laboratory teams, Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Managers, promoting effective communication and collaboration
  • Support the preparation and review of technical documentation (e.g., validation reports)
Requirements
  • We are looking for collaborative and proactive team players who enjoy sharing knowledge and continuously developing their skills
  • Degree in chemistry, analytical sciences, or a related field; alternatively, experienced lab technicians with strong analytical understanding
  • Experience with either the following groups of analytical techniques packages is a plus: HPLC, LC-MS, GC, IC and Dissolution or FTIR, Viscosity, Microscopy, MFI, Wet Chemistry and pharmacopeia testing
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of self-discipline and responsibility
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in learning new methods and working across teams
  • Experience in a GMP or ISO9001 regulated environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage
  • Interest in a non-laboratory role with frequent interaction and cooperation with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams
