Apply now for this exciting opportunity Reporting into the Digital Value Chain Program Director, the Sr. Manager & Business Product Owner (BPO) - Digital & Analytics for SC Network Strategy sits within the Value Chain Excellence function of JJIM SC. This critical role will play an instrumental part in redefining the future of our supply chain network supply chain design and decision-making capabilities by owning the design, development, and roll out of innovative end-to-end (E2E) network-based supply chain solutions in the network strategy development process. Key Responsibilities: Digital Solutions & Capability Building for JJIMSC Network Strategy team: Lead the creation of a joint vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital initiatives for the Supply Chain Network Strategy Process. Facilitate the design and development of key digital capabilities in strong collaboration with the Digital Value Chain Team. Identify the most effective capability platforms for user groups, enabling strategic decision-making for the immediate, mid-term, and long-term needs of network assessments. Digital Product Ownership: Lead all aspects of the development and ownership of digital products such as network decision support tool, network options modeling using digital twins, and setting up portfolio views in supply chain maps & more. Drive the scale, continuous improvement & scope expansion of digital capabilities, demonstrating the Digital Value Chain Platform. Ensure optimum Lifecycle Management Methodology including Release processes, issue resolution and refresh processes. Network Analytics: Provide operational support to network strategy through advanced data analytics and insight generation. Apply analytics to improve decision-making processes and optimize supply chain network performance. Operational Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital capabilities seamlessly into day-to-day operations. Find opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the digital world to improve overall supply chain efficiency. Influence, shape and align leaders on opportunities presented by mobilizing Network Product Strategy Roadmaps, including piloting and ultimate business integration. Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to improve user satisfaction and ensure customer-focused design Drive engagement with third parties to support the delivery of squad objectives Applies market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Align outward-facing product requirements and partners Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent University degree is required, preferably in an Engineering, Science, IT or other related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience Experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or work experience across multiple SC functions Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and distill sophisticated information, and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Crafts an environment that relentlessly focuses on helping the people and organizations we touch Equipped with knowledge and ability to identify, engage, and build emotional intelligence with business partners, and apply these methods to their daily work Demonstrated success in orchestrating/collaborating with cross-functional self-organized teams with a focus on delivering value and improving business impact E2E thinking, and both business and financial competence Preferred: Experience in digital application development and solutions. Consistent track record driving value with digital tools including sophisticated analytics Experience in using simulation & modeling within Supply chain Hands on experience in PowerBI or Tableau reporting & analytics Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision Experience in product domain business/processes, technology and supporting industry principles, and understanding of high-quality digital product delivery. Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and Emerging Technology Experience in Agile project management - delivery with a fail-fast mentality, and measurable outcomes Other: Requires up to 15% domestic and international travel At Johnson & Johnson, we're on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
