Project Architect with Execution Experience

For our local projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our team as soon as possible or by mutual agreement.
The ideal candidate brings strong execution experience within Switzerland and is fluent in both German and English.

What you will do- Take ownership of projects across all phases
- Collaborate, coordinate, and align closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and local partner architects
- Mentor and support junior architects
- A degree in architecture and at least 5 years of professional experience within the Swiss architecture industry
- Strong knowledge of SIA standards and proven execution experience – you're confident managing projects through all phases, from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English – you work closely with clients, consultants, and your international team to ensure smooth and successful project delivery
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Rhino
- EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit
