Your mission

Our Switzerland-based team has one more spot open for you if this is your mission:
  • You are part of the development team building AI-powered conversational voice solutions to improve and enhance our contact center software.
  • You will work closely with product management, translate concepts into scalable solutions and define release content
  • You will design API interfaces and database models
  • You will create test cases
  • You work in a team of 8 software engineers
  • Our tech stack: .NET 9+ | C# | ASP.NET Core | Azure | Cloud | Docker | AI | PostgreSQL | React I LiveKit I Python


Your profile

Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's or Masters's degree
  • Several years of experience with C#, .NET/ .NET Core Framework, ASP.NET MVC
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of web technologies like web servers and databases
  • Solid understanding of GitHub source control
  • Intermediate in API design and development
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core
Nice to have:
  • Experience with voice applications, LLMs, Microsoft Azure, PostgreSQL and Python
  • Frontend development experience with React
  • Knowledge of SIP/RTP protocol
  • Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
  • Queuing and caching strategies
  • Microservice design and development
