To support our strong growth, we are looking for an experienced
Technical Consultant
to drive the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. You will primarily work with
Omada Identity
, while also contributing to engagements across other leading IAM platforms.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled consultant with a structured mindset and a passion for turning business needs into robust identity solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Omada Identity implementations
  , from design to go-live, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Design, build, and integrate IGA architectures into enterprise environments—on-premises, hybrid, and cloud.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, translating business and security needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-building and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and architects to solve complex IGA challenges and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Stay ahead of IAM/IGA innovations and help continuously evolve our service offerings.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on consulting experience
  in IAM/IGA (Omada Identity strongly preferred; SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or Entra ID also valued).
• Expertise in
  configuration, provisioning, access lifecycle management, workflows
  , and governance.
• Strong ability to document, analyze, and optimize IAM processes using
  UML, BPMN
  , or similar modelling standards.
• Experience
  integrating IAM solutions
  with enterprise systems such as SAP, Active Directory/LDAP, Entra ID, RACF, and various cloud services.
• Familiarity with adjacent areas:
  PAM
  , cloud identity, security architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  fluent English
  required,
  German
  is a significant advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with
  C#
• Scripting ability in
  PowerShell or Python
  for automation, customization, and integration (CI/CD experience a plus).
• IAM/IGA certifications (Omada, SailPoint, Okta, etc.)
• CPRE or similar certification
• Experience working in high-growth tech or cybersecurity environments
